First-year price

Current rental listings show the landlord's base rent. After a completed inspection, the exact quote adds the agent's 5%, 7% or 9% commission and AwaAgent's 2.5% fee, both calculated on that base. Caution is separate. Renewal rent is agreed separately.

Rules behind every price

  • Rent follows inspection

    Your rent quote comes after a completed inspection and agreed lease terms.

  • Rent payment

    Online rent collection is not open yet. Do not transfer rent to an agent or a bank account shown outside your AwaAgent account.

  • Renewal

    The landlord-approved renewal rent is shown separately. Any later terms require a fresh agreement.

  • Deposits

    Any security deposit is shown separately from rent and fees. Bank-backed deposit custody is not open yet.

  • Viewing fees

    AwaAgent does not charge per viewing. Do not pay an agent at the property. Booking can require an active access entitlement.
